Zhang Xinyue discusses Modifying your Nerve Chains

Modifying your Nerve Chains

Introduction

In her book, Create Abundance, Zhang Xinyue, teaches us use brain images to articulate feelings. She explains how we can use just a few words to create powerful images if we choose the right words. She teaches us to alter the way we think about certain topics.

Growth

By Zhang Xinyue from the Book Create Abundance II

Growth is
Neither what you can wait to attain in a deep valley as a hermit.
Nor what you can find on the other pure land after you die.

Now,
Make up your mind to confront yourself,
Now, if you truly face yourself with elevated strength
You will get liberated from the current secular life,
And accomplish Nirvana through reincarnation in the present moment.
The torment will never re-present itself
Life will undertake a wonderful change

Practice

By Zhang Xinyue from the Book Create Abundance II

All practices
Eventually lead to one’s own heart,
Including your habits, thought, attitude, faith and character.
An enlightened one lives a life as others do on the surface,
But it is different in essence
For every moment embodies the budding of wisdom,
A spontaneous adjustment
And joy that supervenes.

Hope

By Zhang Xinyue from the Book Create Abundance II

I hope someone will force me to take a look
At the wealth I have never known of previously
At the earth’s skyline
I hope someone will force me to take a look
At the limitation I was never aware of before
At the boundary of my soul
I am grateful to have chosen to grow
Transcended my fear about the unknown
Now I have seen them
Knowing at last my own infinite possibilities
Who would overlook one’s fortune

Creating Abundance within Yourself

Abundance can be seen all throughout nature. The trees and plants, the animals and humans are always re-creating themselves. The earth itself is abundant. It is full of life. But what does it mean personally to you?

Here is a quote from the famous composer George Bernard Shaw:

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”
― George Bernard Shaw
